Title: Wholesale Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the wholesale sales operations of the business, building relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring sales targets are met, managing stock levels, and developing strategies to increase market share.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in the wholesale market.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with wholesale customers.
- Monitor stock levels, orders, and deliveries to ensure smooth supply operations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch of orders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Supervise and support the wholesale sales team (if applicable).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service.
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in wholesale sales or sales management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
