Title: Stock Manager

Monitoring stock levels – Keeping track of raw materials, unfinished goods, and ready-to-sell items
Ordering supplies – Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock
Forecasting demand – Analyzing historical data to predict demand for different products
Setting reorder points – Using inventory management software to set reorder points
Conducting audits – Performing regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies
Collaborating with suppliers – Working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Generating reports – Creating and analyzing reports on stock turnover, aging, and other metrics
Training staff – Providing training and support to warehouse staff
Coordinating with other departments – Working with sales, logistics, and production to optimize stock flow
Preparing for shipping – Preparing stock for shipping and delivery

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a retail management role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team，or experience with inventory management and financial reporting.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and ability to stand for extended periods
Work in a retail environment with exposure to various weather conditions and potential for high foot traffic.
