Job Description:

Overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects or business activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating staff, contractors, and resources, while maintaining strong communication with management and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily site operations, including staff, contractors, and equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement work schedules, monitor progress, and report to senior management.
  • Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and progress reports.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and performance.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Act as the main point of contact between management, clients, and site workers.
  • Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership to the site team.

Selection Criteria

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability under pressure.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the industry (construction, manufacturing, events, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of site management or supervisory experience.
  • Certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA, WHS) are an advantage
