Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the automotive branch.
- Manage and lead a team of automotive technicians and office staff.
- Ensure that quality automotive services are provided, and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Set and track branch goals and objectives.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage branch budget and maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management and order new supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience as an Automotive Branch Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office and database systems.
- Understanding of business operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
- A degree in Business Management, Automotive Service Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
