Job Description:
- ICAR Auto Tech Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage all sales operations, including vehicle sales, spare parts, and automotive services.
- The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing staff, and delivering excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Promote vehicles, spare parts, and automotive services to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
- Supervise and manage the sales team
- Train and support staff, including Ni-Vanuatu employees
- Monitor inventory and ensure product availability
- Prepare sales reports and track performance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and Vanuatu regulations
Selection Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales or sales management (automotive preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good negotiation and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, POS, inventory systems)
- English required; Chinese or Bislama is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
