Job Description:
Dynamic Supply Company Ltd is a leading wholesale and retail supplier. We are seeking a motivated and culturally connected Sales Representative to manage and grow our Chinese-speaking customer accounts across Port Vila. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- .Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow across all departments.
- Implement and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor operational budgets, ensuring cost control and optimal resource use.
- Develop, review, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Supervise and support team leaders and staff to maintain high performance and continuous professional development.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training processes in collaboration with HR.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in operational and financial results.
- Lead employee performance evaluations and address performance gaps through coaching and corrective action where necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular operational and financial performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational risks and challenges, implementing effective solutions to improve efficiency, resolve conflicts, and maintain profitability.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage existing Chinese-speaking wholesale and retail accounts.
- Build new business relationships within the Chinese business community.
- Liaise between customers and internal teams (purchasing, warehouse, inventory) to ensure seamless operations.
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide high-quality customer service while understanding and respecting Chinese business culture.
Selection Criteria
- Manage existing Chinese-speaking wholesale and retail accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build and maintain new business relationships within the Chinese business community to expand market presence.
- Liaise between customers and internal teams, including purchasing, warehouse, and inventory, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Process customer orders accurately and maintain up-to-date, precise customer records.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (essential).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in wholesale or retail environments.
- Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and professional etiquette.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professionally presented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams to achieve business goals.
