Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Casino Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our casino. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, engaging, and profitable gaming environment. This role includes managing staff, customer service, compliance with gaming regulations, and maximizing business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee front office, housekeeping, recreation, and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve high-level complaints or escalations.
  • Ensure resort facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
  • Coordinate with hospitality teams to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and guest services.
  • Supervise casino floor operations including table games, slots, cash handling, and surveillance coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, licensing laws, and internal controls.
  • Support VIP services and work closely with marketing to attract and retain players.
  • Monitor gaming revenue reports and collaborate with department heads to drive profitability.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting for resort and casino operations.
  • Analyze operational performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Maximize revenue through room yield management, food & beverage upselling, and gaming floor efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors across multiple functions.
  • Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work culture focused on customer service, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, gaming, and hospitality regulations.
  • Work with HR and security to manage risk, enforce policies, and conduct incident investigations.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, licensing, and government inspections.
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and guest services to design and execute promotions and special events.
  • Use guest feedback, industry trends, and operational insights to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify growth opportunities and assist senior leadership with long-term planning.

Selection Criteria

  • 5+ years of operations management experience in a hospitality, resort, or casino setting.
  • Strong understanding of both hospitality and gaming industry standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Solid financial and analytical skills with experience in budgeting and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with gaming regulations, OH&S, and hospitality compliance standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
