Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. This role ensures smooth store functioning, high customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and optimal inventory and sales processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise all store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and scheduling
- Lead and manage store staff to ensure high performance and strong team culture
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate stock management
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and compliant with health, safety, and brand standards
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to improve performance and customer service
- Collaborate with store leadership to meet revenue goals and operational targets
- Train new employees and maintain ongoing staff development
- Address and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and employee concerns
- Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with company procedures
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience as a Retail or Store Operations Manager (2–5 years preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business or Retail Management is a plus)
