Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of store operations, ensure a smooth customer experience, and lead a team to meet performance and efficiency goals. You’ll play a key role in inventory control, team supervision, store presentation, and process improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure store visual standards, cleanliness, and merchandising align with brand guidelines.
- Lead and manage store team members, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and daily reconciliation processes.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to execute promotions, sales strategies, and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and productive in-store culture focused on customer service and efficiency.
Selection Criteria
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
