Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company’s marketing initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products, services, and the company brand.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Oversee content creation, advertising, and promotional activities to engage target audiences.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize campaign performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines across all materials.
- Prepare and present marketing reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Coordinate with other departments to support product launches, events, and business initiatives.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
