Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is experienced in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, and leading a team to deliver measurable results.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to meet business goals
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across channels (SEO, social media, email, PPC, content)
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
- Measure and report on the performance of campaigns (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates)
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, website content, and promotional assets
- Manage and mentor marketing team members or external agencies/freelancers
- Organize and support events, trade shows, product launches, and brand partnerships
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics)
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce)
- Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus
