Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Plan and promote special in-store events
- Recruit, hire, train, and oversee store staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and replenish inventory
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Monitor and report on store sales performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
- Implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience as a manager or in other managerial position
- Knowledge of management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Excellent knowledge of management software
- High School diploma: BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field will be a plus
