Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning design, and implementation of formwork systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to align formwork activities with project schedules and goals.
- Ensure all formwork activities comply with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor the progress of formwork installation and adjust plans as necessary to meet project timelines
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and dismantling of formwork systems
- Conduct regular sites inspections to ensure quality and safety of formwork structures
- Train and mentor team members on formwork bes pactices and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory and oversee the procurement of formwork materials and equipment
Selection Criteria
- Certificate in Civil Engineering,Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years expirience in formwork management or construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems, materials, and safety standards.
- Proven tract record in managing formwork operations for large-scale construction projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skill
