Roles & Responsibilities
Hardware ltd is looking for a capable, diligent financial Analyst Manager to manage the accounting operations of the organization, as well as cash management and risk management, along with supervising all accounting staff. The ideal candidate for the financial controller position is bright, attentive, and efficient with self-assurance and the ability to complete work skillfully with little to no direct supervision.
- Oversee accounting operations of the company and its subsidiaries
- Create an organizational structure within the accounting department to facilitate the achievement of the department’s
- Supervise transaction-processing operations
- Collaborate with external auditors as needed
- Generate financial reports periodically
- Complete periodic bank reconciliations
- Maintain a system of controls over all transactions
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
- 5+ years of accounting experience
