Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management. This role plays a key part in driving business strategy, ensuring financial health, and guiding leadership with data-driven insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analyses, and KPIs
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability metrics
- Identify financial risks and opportunities; advise on strategic decisions
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial records
- Evaluate investments, pricing models, and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support audits, tax filings, and investor reporting as needed
- Manage or mentor junior finance staff (if applicable)
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or finance management
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling
- Familiarity with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
