Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Manager to join our dynamic team at Espiritus Santos Kava. In this pivotal role, you will support the export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations while facilitating the seamless movement of goods across borders. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in optimizing our export processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to facilitate timely delivery of goods to international clients.
- Monitor export transactions and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new export opportunities and assist in developing strategic plans for market entry.
- Provide support in negotiating contracts and terms with foreign clients and suppliers.

Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
