Title: Construction Operation Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects from planning to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily construction operations across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Implement operational processes and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Manage workforce allocation, equipment, and materials to maximize resource use.
- Resolve operational issues and delays quickly to avoid project disruptions.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers as needed.
- Prepare reports on project status, performance, and financials for senior management.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of field and site staff.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in construction project or operations management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
