Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Casino Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our casino. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, engaging, and profitable gaming environment. This role includes managing staff, customer service, compliance with gaming regulations, and maximizing business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily casino operations including gaming floor, cash desk, and hospitality areas.
  • Ensure all games (e.g., table games, slot machines) are operating correctly and profitably.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth running of all areas (security, surveillance, food & beverage, etc.).
  • Monitor gaming activities to prevent fraud, collusion, or irregularities.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise gaming staff, dealers, floor supervisors, and support personnel.
  • Create shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Evaluate staff performance and implement development plans.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints or disputes professionally.
  • Handle VIP guests and high-stakes players with discretion and professionalism.
  • Promote a friendly, responsible gambling environment.
  • Monitor daily revenue, payouts, expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Manage casino budgets, analyze financial reports, and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Authorize jackpots, credit lines, and high-limit transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national gaming laws and licensing requirements.
  • Work closely with regulatory agencies during audits or inspections.
  • Train staff on legal and ethical conduct, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and responsible gaming practices.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve casino offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.

Selection Criteria

  • Proven experience in casino or hospitality management, ideally 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of gaming operations, laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with surveillance, security, and cash handling protocols.
  • Familiarity with casino management systems and customer databases.
