Job Description
A Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, achieving business targets, and maintaining smooth and efficient branch activities. They lead the team, handle administrative duties, monitor sales and financial performance, and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

- Managing staff: Hiring, training, and supervising employees, including performance evaluations, rewards, and discipline
- Delivering customer service: Building rapport with customers and the community
- Setting and achieving goals: Developing and attaining sales goals, and growing the branch’s revenues
- Managing resources: Ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed
- Risk management: Identifying potential risks, assessing their severity, and developing strategies to minimize their impact
- Promoting a healthy workplace: Setting a culture of safety and wellness, and promoting a healthy workplace environment
Selection Criteria
- 2-3 years experience at the related position
- Education in business administration or a related field.
- Experience managing a bank or financial institution.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- A strong human resources background.
- An understanding of the banking industry and its best practices.
- An ability to analyze and communicate financial data.
