Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect Manager to lead and oversee the company’s architectural projects and design operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, managing architectural teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring all projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role requires creativity, strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing designs within deadlines and budget.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement architectural strategies, design standards, and project plans aligned with company goals.
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze project requirements, site conditions, and client needs to deliver functional and innovative design solutions
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the architectural team to maintain high performance and creativity.
- Review and approve design work, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency across all projects.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and progress updates to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support project execution and successful delivery.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design, project management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering successful architectural or construction projects. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail and design quality.
