Job Description:

Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow across departments. This role involves managing office procedures, supervising administrative staff, coordinating with various departments, and handling budgets and office resources.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.
  • Manage and supervise the administrative staff; assign responsibilities and evaluate performance.
  • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, security, and office supplies.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor costs and prepare budgets for administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications within departments.
  • Maintain office records and ensure proper document management.
  • Support HR and finance departments in administrative tasks as needed.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.

Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and facility management.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Prior experience in [industry-specific] environments.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and reporting processes.
