Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and manage changes to the project scope or schedule.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues.
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal standards.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Deliver regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
