Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient business operations, improving productivity, and maintaining high standards of service or product delivery. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff as needed.
- Prepare operational reports and present them to senior management.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an operations or management role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and business management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions under pressure.
