Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Casino Dealer to support the smooth operation of the casino floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional gaming services, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, mentoring junior dealers, and maintaining high standards of customer service and game integrity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deal assigned table games in accordance with casino procedures, gaming rules, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain complete accuracy in game dealing, payouts, chip handling, and cash transactions.
- Monitor gaming tables to ensure fairness, integrity, and compliance at all times.
- Assist in supervising junior dealers and provide on-the-job coaching and guidance.
- Support floor supervisors in managing table rotations, breaks, and game flow.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, including assisting VIP players and resolving minor disputes.
- Identify and report irregularities, suspicious activities, or rule violations to supervisors or surveillance.
- Ensure gaming equipment, tables, and chips are properly set up and maintained.
- Uphold high standards of personal presentation, professionalism, and customer service.
- Assist with training new dealers and supporting skill development across the dealing team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible gaming policies.
Selection Criteria
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a casino dealer, with demonstrated senior-level dealing skills.
- Strong knowledge of table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of casino rules, procedures, and gaming regulations.
- Proven ability to mentor junior staff and support floor supervision.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a licensed casino environment is essential.
