Title: Construction Operation Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects from planning to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily construction operations across multiple project sites.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize workforce deployment, equipment utilization, and material management to maximize operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, risks, and delays to minimize project disruptions.
- Serve as a key liaison with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to address operational needs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance metrics, risks, and financial outcomes to senior management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of site and field personnel.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in construction project management or operations management.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and organizational capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling techniques, cost control, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Procore, or equivalent systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
