Title: Casino Pit Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the casino pit area, ensuring that all table games run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with gaming regulations. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills to manage dealers, maintain game integrity, maximize revenue, and provide an exceptional guest experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all table games operations within the pit area.
- Monitor dealers’ performance, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance with gaming laws and company policies.
- Handle guest inquiries, disputes, and complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Train, coach, and evaluate dealers and floor supervisors.
- Ensure all chips, cards, and equipment are secure, accurate, and in good condition.
- Prepare reports on table activity, revenue, and staffing.
- Enforce casino rules, regulations, and procedures to protect the integrity of games.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase game participation and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments (Security, Cage, Marketing) to ensure smooth casino operations.
- Maintain a professional presence on the floor, fostering excellent customer service and player satisfaction..
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in casino operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, etc.).
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
- Must meet regulatory licensing and background check requirements.
- Previous experience as a Pit Boss, Assistant Pit Manager, or similar role.
- Knowledge of casino management systems and reporting tools.
- Customer service or hospitality background.
