Title: Warehouse Control Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Control Manager to oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations. This role focuses on optimizing inventory accuracy, improving warehouse workflow, and managing staff to ensure timely and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations and personnel.
- Monitor and improve warehouse performance metrics (accuracy, timeliness, safety).
- Ensure inventory control procedures are followed, including cycle counts and audits.
- Maintain and enhance warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure compliance with shipping/receiving processes.
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP data to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and staffing.
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Control Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business preferre
- Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
- Experience in [industry-specific warehouse: e.g., food distribution, automotive, e-commerce].
- Knowledge of lean warehousing or continuous improvement methods.
