Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, supervise staff, and drive store profitability through effective merchandising, inventory management, and team development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met at all times.
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts and responsibilities.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to upper management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor and reduce shrinkage/loss prevention.
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail.
- Competence in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or related field is a plus.
