Title: Construction Engineering Manager

Job Description:
Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role ensures all engineering aspects are technically sound, meet safety standards, and align with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise engineering teams involved in construction projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with other departments.
- Oversee design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and provide engineering solutions.
- Conduct quality control and ensure construction meets technical specifications.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and construction drawings.
- Manage procurement of construction materials and engineering resources.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
