Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead our in-store team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of store operations, team leadership, sales performance, visual merchandising, and ensuring our brand is represented at the highest standard.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
- Lead and inspire the in-store team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to create a high-performing store culture.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store is always clean, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, stocktakes, and minimize shrinkage and loss.
- Handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, and banking procedures.
- Analyze store performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention guidelines.
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience (2–5+ years) as a Retail Manager or in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- A passion for customer service and building team morale.
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods.
