Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Plan and promote special in-store events
- Recruit, hire, train, and oversee store staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and replenish inventory
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Monitor and report on store sales performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
- Implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
Selection Criteria
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail managementt.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and retail business operations.
