Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the engineering team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of all engineering operations
- Design and implement plans for the development of new projects
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical issues
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Plan and supervise the maintenance of buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and equipment
- Identify opportunities for improvements and modernization
- Ensure engineering projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop policies for the maintenance and use of technical equipment and systems
Selection Criteria
- Proven work experience as a Chief Engineer or similar leadership role in engineering
- Advanced understanding of engineering principles and procedures
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and team management
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
