Job Description:
Financial Management 财务管理
- Assist the General Manager in developing the company’s financial strategy, and be responsible for formulating, optimizing, and implementing financial policies and processes. 协助总经理制定公司财务发展战略,负责财务政策及流程的制定、优化和执行。
- Lead the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s annual budget, optimize cost control, and improve resource efficiency. 主导公司年度预算编制、执行与监督,优化成本控制,提高资源使用效率。
- Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial reports, providing support and recommendations to management for decision-making. 监督财务报表的编制及数据分析,为管理层决策提供支持和建议。
- Oversee the coordination and allocation of company funds, optimizing the capital structure and enhancing capital utilization efficiency. 负责公司资金的统筹与调配,优化资金结构,提升资金使用效率。
- Establish and improve the financial internal control system to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance. 建立健全财务内控体系,防范财务风险,确保财务合规性。
- Manage the daily operations, training, and performance evaluation of the finance team, improving the team’s professional capabilities and work efficiency. 负责财务团队的日常管理、培训及考核,提高团队专业水平和工作效率。
- Represent the company in maintaining relationships with banks, tax authorities, and other relevant institutions to ensure smooth handling of external financial affairs. 代表公司与银行、税务及其他相关机构保持良好关系,确保外部财务事务的顺利推进。
General Management 综合类事项管理
- Develop human resource plans based on the company’s strategic goals, ensuring alignment between human resources and business development needs.根据公司战略制定人力资源规划,确保人力资源与业务发展需求匹配。
- Responsible for the company’s recruitment, improve the talent introduction and training mechanism, and formulate and implement employee training plans.负责公司招聘工作,完善人才引进及培养机制,制定并实施员工培训计划。
- Establish and improve the performance appraisal system, organize and implement performance evaluation, and provide a basis for employee development and salary adjustment. 建立健全绩效考核体系,组织实施绩效评估,为员工发展及薪酬调整提供依据。
- Promote the construction of corporate culture, optimize employee relations, organize team building activities, and enhance employee cohesion. 推动企业文化建设,优化员工关系,组织团队建设活动,提升员工凝聚力。
- Ensure that personnel affairs such as the signing of labor contracts and the payment of social security comply with relevant laws and regulations. 确保劳动合同签订、社保缴纳等人事事务符合相关法律法规。
Other Responsibilities 其他职责
- Assist the General Manager in handling other operational tasks to ensure the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. 协助总经理处理公司运营中的其他事务,确保公司战略目标的实现。
Requirements 任职要求:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, or related fields. 财务、会计、金融、人力资源管理、行政管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- At least 5 years of experience in finance and HR/administration. 5年以上财务及行政人事工作经验。
- Familiarity with national taxation, financial, and labor regulations, with comprehensive knowledge of financial, HR, and administrative management. 熟悉国家财税及人事相关法律法规,具备全面的财务、人事及行政管理知识。
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and execution capabilities. 具有较强的战略规划、分析判断及执行能力。
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills, with the ability to perform independently under pressure. 优秀的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能在高压环境下独立完成任务。
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills. 具有多任务管理能力,善于统筹规划。
