Job Description
- Managing staff: Hiring, training, and supervising employees, including performance evaluations, rewards, and discipline
- Delivering customer service: Building rapport with customers and the community
- Setting and achieving goals: Developing and attaining sales goals, and growing the branch’s revenues
- Managing resources: Ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed
- Risk management: Identifying potential risks, assessing their severity, and developing strategies to minimize their impact
- Promoting a healthy workplace: Setting a culture of safety and wellness, and promoting a healthy workplace environment
Selection Criteria
- 2-3 years experience at the related position
- Education in business administration or a related field.
- Experience managing a bank or financial institution.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- A strong human resources background.
- An understanding of the banking industry and its best practices.
- An ability to analyze and communicate financial data.
